- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively, utilizing available resources and tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, and other devices for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of helpdesk interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, applications, and procedures as needed.
- Willingness to assist with global IT support in 3 different time zones.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years experience as an IT Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality service and support.
- Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
