Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our esteemed cybersecurity team, focusing on sales of both hardware and software solutions, as well as support services, to large enterprises across the East Coast. This remote position is a unique opportunity to engage with high-level executives, influence critical national infrastructure projects, and drive impactful technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales of cybersecurity solutions and support services to major enterprise clients.
- Identify and understand the cybersecurity needs of prospects, articulating how our solutions can address these requirements.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers within the assigned region.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Actively participate in industry events and communities related to operational technology (OT) security.
- Work in tandem with Sales Engineering resources throughout the sales process and beyond.
Required Skills
- A proven history of successful sales performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, especially with C-Level executives in the context of Critical National Infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of experience in selling cybersecurity technologies or services to enterprise customers.
- Proficiency in solution selling techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic internal team environment.
- Strong capability to manage existing accounts while simultaneously pursuing new business opportunities.
- Experience with channel sales and participation in field events.
- Familiarity with sales engagement and tracking tools (SFDC, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, SalesLoft).

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage existing customer accounts while driving new business initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong connections with C-Level executives.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity technologies or services is essential.
