Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Global Partner Programs to spearhead the alignment, operational execution, and expansion of our global partner initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Partners and Alliances, you will collaborate closely with Sales leadership to foster significant growth in partner-sourced software bookings while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through effective partner delivery of our innovative platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge processes that align with our go-to-market strategy, emphasizing effectiveness and ongoing improvements.
- Identify and pursue new and emerging routes to market to dramatically enhance software bookings.
- Develop a state-of-the-art framework and support structure for comprehensive partner lifecycle management, including attraction, development, engagement, and optimization of partners.
- Lead, prioritize, and mentor a small yet energetic team, guiding them in executing strategies and providing essential support to our partner ecosystem.

- Proven history of surpassing sales quotas and driving significant business growth.

- Proficiency in operationalizing corporate strategies and realigning business priorities to achieve objectives.
- Strong grasp of intelligent automation, with experience in identifying client solution areas and orchestrating collaborative multi-departmental sales efforts.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in global enterprise sales.
- 10+ years in Global Partner Programs.
- A blend of strategic program design, sales leadership, and operational excellence, with experience across multiple routes to market, including collaboration with partners.
- Experience collaborating with large system integrators or consulting firms.
- Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision-making that results in quota achievement.
- Preferred location in the Washington, DC area with a willingness to travel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
