Job Description
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices architectures.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Cloud Expertise:
- Leverage your expertise in AWS cloud technologies to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
- Migrate legacy systems to the cloud using best practices and tools.
- Insurance Domain Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the insurance domain, particularly the Guidewire Policy Suite.
- Apply your domain knowledge to architect solutions that address specific insurance industry challenges and requirements.
- Transformation Programs:
- Participate in transformation programs to modernize existing systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology modernization.
- Develop roadmaps and migration plans for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Technology Stack:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud native tech stack.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Knowledge of API gateways, service meshes, and CI/CD pipelines
