We are inviting applications for the role of Management Analyst, a pivotal position that requires a security clearance and offers the flexibility of remote work. This role is instrumental in supporting our esteemed Federal Government Customer in collaboration with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Your analytical skills and management expertise will be vital in navigating complex operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of essential services.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate national security processing by managing essential documentation including HHS 207, Position Descriptions/Statements of Work, OF8, and the PDAT.
- Assist in suitability processing by gathering required documents such as e828, OF306, resumes, and related e-QIP forms.
- Support the upload of security clearance documents into national security databases.
- Coordinate security-related onboarding and training initiatives for staff members.
- Process Visit Access Requests (VARs) and Interagency Clearance Verification Forms for personnel attending classified meetings.
- Foster effective communication and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance organizational collaboration.
- Oversee project schedules, identifying necessary resources and addressing potential risks.
- Draft, review, and refine a variety of documents including memorandums, information papers, presentations, issue papers, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct senior-level presentations and briefings.
- Develop and manage onboarding and training materials that address security and assurance requirements.
- Organize meetings by preparing announcements, agendas, and presentation materials, and follow up with detailed meeting minutes and action items.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience with Federal, DoD, or Civilian Agencies within the Public Health sector.
- An Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related discipline.
- An active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in supporting personnel in-processing, inclusive of security processing and ongoing support within federal agencies.
- Proven expertise in tracking and managing security actions pertinent to the onboarding and training of new personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, encompassing time management, goal-setting, delegation, and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with remote/virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Previous experience with Federal, DoD, or Civilian Agencies in Public Health markets is essential.
- Required Skills: Active Secret Clearance, Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice or a relevant field, and pertinent experience in personnel in-processing and security actions tracking.
- Desirable Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related area and experience with the Security Manager Case Management Tool.
