Role Overview:
As the Interim CTO, you will oversee the company’s digital transformation project. This critical role involves modernizing our technology stack, enhancing our e-commerce platform, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the executive team, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the upgrade and integration of our e-commerce platform, including front-end and back-end systems.
- Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes and analytics tools to optimize performance.
- Identify and manage risks associated with the digital transformation project.
- Report progress and key metrics to the executive team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within the e-commerce sector.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
