INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Consultant Level I (Junior Consultant) to support the Human Resources Line of Business (HRLOB) and Human Resources Quality Services Management Office (HR QSMO) contract with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals to gain experience in federal human capital management and HR technology solutions.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of human capital strategies and processes
- Support the development and maintenance of HC standards and documentation
- Help gather and analyze data for HC reports and assessments
- Contribute to the creation of project deliverables and presentations
- Assist in conducting research on HC trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Support the maintenance of the HC Federal Integrated Business Framework (HC-FIBF) components
- Help organize and facilitate meetings and working groups
- Assist in the preparation of communications materials for stakeholders
- Support the testing and evaluation of HR IT systems and tools
- Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides
- Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables
- Support quality assurance efforts for HC products and services
- Help maintain project documentation and knowledge management systems
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Assist in gathering requirements from federal agency stakeholders
- Support the analysis of HC policies and their implementation
- Help in the preparation of responses to stakeholder inquiries
- Assist in compiling and organizing data for the HR QSMO Marketplace
- Support the development of performance metrics and reporting tools
- Contribute to the maintenance of stakeholder contact lists and communication logs
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields.
- Experience: Three years of experience in Human Capital management and/or Human Capital Information Technology
- Required Certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
