Job Overview
As the IT Manager of Field & Office Support Services (FOSS) with APTIM, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations within the organization, ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to support business objectives. You will manage the IT team, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring the security and integrity of the company's information systems. Your team will also collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs, provide technical support and guidance, and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement in the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the Field & Office Support Services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage team workload and resource allocation.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of IT support services for both field and office environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Implement and maintain IT service management processes and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze service desk performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage tools such as MoveWorks AI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of department responsibilities.
Collaboration And Coordination
- Work closely with peers in Asset Management, Configuration Management, Service Management, and Network & Telecommunications to ensure seamless integration of IT services.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Architect to align IT support services with infrastructure planning and development.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure IT support services meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in IT support services, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record of managing IT support teams and improving service delivery in both field and office environments.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Network+, A+, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and telecommunications. Experience with IT service management tools and processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to conduct regular performance evaluations and manage team workload and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure IT support services meet business requirements. Listens and communicates technical subjects to both technical and nontechnical audiences, flexes style to suit the needs of the audience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
