The IT Support Tech is responsible for supporting the integrity of customer and internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as providing technical assistance to team members and customers
.
This is a PERMANENT position that is ONSITE in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Keeping employees working and the environment secure
- Day-to-day point of contact with our MSP
- Provisioning/DeProvisioning from the environment (AD and 365)
- Client contract review and IT questionnaire completion
- Some physical setup/teardown/troubleshooting in the office
- SOC 1 tasks – monthly access review, change control, backup review
- Migrating administration tasks to a script-based approach (Powershell, Ansible, etc)
- Constantly leveling-up with trainings and certifications

- Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care
- Diagnosis skills of technical issues
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
- Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
