About the Role:
The Microsoft Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our organization's Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IT infrastructure. This position is crucial for supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic projects, such as the development of the ESR application.
Your Responsibilities:
Microsoft Ecosystem Management (40%):
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services.
- Manage user Licenses, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft-related issues.
- Implement and manage updates, patches, and upgrades for Microsoft products.
ESR Application Development Support (60%):
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, test, and deploy the ESR application.
- Assist in the design and architecture of the ESR application.
- Integrate Microsoft services and tools into the ESR application.
- Optimize application performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and processes related to the ESR application development.
Let’s Talk About Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies.
- Experience in application development and support, particularly with Microsoft tools and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
