Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (Overseeing agencies in Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas)
The IT Systems Administrator will manage and support the IT infrastructure for a multi-state hospice organization, with responsibility for locations in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas. This role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems, servers, and software applications, while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations such as HIPAA. The position requires troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing data security, and providing technical support to hospice staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-site IT management, knowledge of healthcare IT systems, and a proactive approach to system optimization and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor network systems, servers, and applications in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance across all agencies.
• Provide technical support and training to hospice staff in multiple locations.
• Manage system backups, updates, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT-related hospice-specific projects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, preferably in the healthcare or hospice industry.
• Knowledge/experience in the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity, and system management with a focus on healthcare data.
• Ability to oversee IT infrastructure for multiple hospice locations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and compliance management skills.
