Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in conversational design
- Expertise in designing Call Flows with Natural Language and Generative AI
- Proficiency in Dialogflow CX is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Kick-Off & Discovery:
- Facilitate discovery workshops (up to 8 hours) to assess customer requirements across infrastructure, security, and network architecture
- Document findings and create future-state architecture and deployment plans
CCAI Pilot Development:
- Design, build, and configure Dialogflow CX conversational flows for voice and chat, focused on scaling use cases
Workstream 1: Design
- Review current architecture and design virtual agents for both voice (Roadside Assistance) and chat (EV-related inquiries)
- Provide design guidance on integration for voice and chat with Dialogflow CX
Workstream 2: Implementation
- Implement root conversation designs and configure intents for prioritized use cases
- Set up backend API calls and build Dialogflow flows, intents, key phrases, and responses for pilot implementation
- Offer integration guidance for Chat Server and Telephony (NICE) integration
Workstream 3: Quality Assurance
- Conduct functional testing in the development environment before handing over for integrated QA testing
Workstream 4: Production Deployment
- Support the customer with guidance on production deployment activities for Virtual Agents
