Position Overview:
UPX is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to lead the sales efforts for our Managed Security Services. This includes our SOC as a Service offering and integrated solutions with CrowdStrike Falcon and Google Chronicle SIEM. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored security solutions, and closing deals to help clients enhance their cybersecurity posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities to grow UPX’s Managed Security Services, specifically SOC as a Service
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' cybersecurity challenges and present our managed security solutions as the optimal choice.
- Develop, customize, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to demonstrate the value of UPX’s services.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and competitive offerings to effectively position UPX’s Managed Security Services.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SOC operations, EDR solutions like CrowdStrike Falcon, Cyber Reason etc, and SIEM platforms like Google Chronicle, Splunk etc..
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and developing lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
