Job Title: IT Manager (Senior Level Admin)

Duration: Contract with option to hire
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing desktop, server and network support for client operations according to Service Level Agreements (SLA). This includes, but not limited to, desktop and server repair, network maintenance, voice platform support, helpdesk tickets, disaster recovery and other projects as assigned.
The individual will also provide local IT support for the Trapeze software application with support from the Las Vegas and corporate Trapeze software applications team.
The individual will be trained on and will configure and support the tablets (Android or Windows depending upon business use) – adding applications, configuring with mobile device management software, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. These tablets may be used in the vehicles for driver navigation and digital manifests, by maintenance technicians, and some are used by drivers to perform HR-related functions.
Provide local support of any applicable servers but receive direction and support from the Las Vegas client or MV corporate Infrastructure team.
Meet and interact with client agencies providing reports and updates for local divisional office.
Close interaction with the client's IT department.
Lead complex IT projects, IT employees and outside vendors.
Controlling and minimize costs.
Ensuring suitable documentation exists and is maintained for IT operations and software development.
Qualifications
Talent Requirements:
Thorough understanding of computer, server, network, printer and peripheral hardware.
3+ years of experience with conducting initial investigation/troubleshooting with data network and voice platforms, computer hardware, and Microsoft products. This IT Manager may need to engage either Las Vegas client or MV corporate support on those technologies supported by those entities.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work with end users to help determine the technical issue they're experiencing and investigate paths to resolution.
Proficient with the company's major IT systems, services and technology frameworks (e.g. cloud computing, server virtualization, application delivery controller, etc.).
Experience supporting Windows 10, Server, 2016 and 2019, and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with Cisco switches and routers.
Familiar with backup and disaster recovery.
