Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time DevSecOps Engineer supporting at Scott AFB, IL.
Job Responsibilities
- Enable the platforms and services required to implement information security best practices with the ability to integrate and deploy software changes continuously (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment – CI/CD)
- Establish application and infrastructure blueprints and automated CI/CD pipelines that mirror required control gates from an enterprise managed platform.
- Ensure blueprints and pipelines are reusable and support promotion of code changes from Development.
- Use developed blueprints and pipelines to meet Government standards (i.e., infrastructure and operating systems.)
- Support a Vendor Managed Development Platform.
- Download, install, and maintain the applicable software and firmware required for the managed development environments.
- Establish, configure, and validate a development environment that will be used for verifying the application installation into the Enterprise Managed Platform environments.
- Support development activities (i.e., Develop, Build, Deploy, and Test).
- Maintain development environments that allow interconnections with other program development environments.
- Assist with software development and sustainment environments instantiation in the DevSecOps environment.
- Support software development and sustainment throughout integration and deployment process.
- Deliver scripts to fully test and deploy application functionality in an automated fashion.
- Deliver code and artifacts via the appropriate repositories within Government’s designated environment.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Understanding of code development and scripting languages like Java, C++, XML, HTML 5.x and JSON
- Familiarity with automation tools like GitLab, Puppet, Chef, and Ansible
- Experience with cloud technologies for cloud DevSecOps
- Working knowledge of security concepts and tools like firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption
- Experience implementing DISA STIGs
- Configuration management expertise
- Knowledge of Linux O/S
- AWS Cloud computing
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) expertise
- Coding skills in at least one common scripting language, such as Python or Ruby
- At least a Secret level security clearance.
