Qualifications/Requirements: In this position you will serve as Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) assigned to a Combat Support Team (CST) Analysis & Production (A&P) center engaged in the production and technical analysis of information obtained from multi-intelligence sources in support of United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) (USCC) Cyber Mission Forces (CMF); Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber Air Force (JFHQ-C AF); USCC Task Forces; and 16th Air Force (16 AF) missions. Leads and/or influences planning, organization, direction, and control to enable integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to collect, process, exploit, and disseminate (PED) accurate and timely information ultimately generating the battle space awareness necessary for combatant commanders, national agencies, and/or allied partners to jointly plan and successfully conduct cyberspace effects operations. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain a current “Top Secret” Security clearance with eligibility to gain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). This position is designated as a Drug Test Designated Position. Incumbent MUST possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience that spans a wide range of intelligence activities in areas such as analysis and production, collection, cyber efforts operations (CEO), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Information Warfare (IW) realms.et al. Comprehensive knowledge of the national intelligence community, DOD structure, Joint Command, organizational missions and functions, inter-relationships, and intelligence operations. Extensive knowledge of the full range of multi-intelligence (i.e., SIGINT, OSINT, HUMINT, etc.) authorities, laws, and regulations impacting cyber effects operations, intelligence and surveillance operations and information warfare (IW) realms. Knowledge of technology related to computers and digital networks, computer networking and how USCYBERCOM and NSA/CSS systems capabilities, associated resources, and mission tasking is planned and executed. Comprehensive knowledge of the full range of advanced analytical disciplines, concepts and methods; production dissemination methodologies; research and collection processes; and cyberspace exploitation operations theory and doctrine. Skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing requirements assessments to resolve specific tasks. Ability to assimilate disparate data; render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data; make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure that directly or indirectly affect national security. Skill in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing for senior level audiences impacting national security. Ability to manage a small staff and carry out all phases of personnel management responsibilities. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, develop, and initiate solutions. Ability to synchronize actions with national agency, executive agency, and military component capabilities. Ability to assist and/or resolve readiness issues. Knowledge of safety, physical security, and information security regulations, practices, and procedures. HIGHLY DESIRED: Advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree.
