Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Region Manager in the Restaurant Industry to oversee our operations in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for region/market.
- Actively engages in the managing and direction of Restaurant Unit Managers.
- Ensures Facilities meet and exceed all local/state and federal requirements.
- Mentors, Coaches, Trains local Managers and Team to ensure proper talent level is developed for future expansion or upgrade when required.
- Maintains staffing levels to enhance the Customer Dining experience.
- Responds to immediate or severe customer service complaints.
- Conducts Employee Relations investigations as required.
- Supports marketing initiatives.
- Recognizes team and promotes company culture
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Education and Experience:
- Multi-Unit Full-Service Restaurant Experience
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Availability to workdays, nights, weekends and/or holidays as required.
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift. At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50 lbs.
