This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for the aerospace industry and a proven ability to drive business growth. The Director of Strategic Accounts will spearhead the company’s sales efforts, focusing on customer engagement and expanding both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage inside and outside sales teams
- Drive sales growth by managing key accounts and developing new business
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term strategies and business plans
- Provide analysis on budgets and financial trends to support company goals
- Represent the company with a strong business presence in international markets
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of aerospace sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related technical field
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing and developing sales teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25-50%)
