Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a skilled Tier 1 & 2 IT Support Engineer to become part of our innovative IT team. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune for users.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of procedures and system configurations.
- Deliver support via telephone, email, and onsite at client locations.
- Assist in IT projects such as upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption.
- Monitor and manage escalated incidents to resolution, ensuring prompt communication with users.
- Comply with security policies and standards throughout all support activities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of IT system performance.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Windows operating systems (experience with MacOS is a plus).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with the management of Microsoft Office 365, Entra, Intune, and Azure Cloud.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualifications
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, focusing on Tier 1 & 2 roles or higher.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
