Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large IT projects, including the design and development of new IT systems and services.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of information technology systems to maximize productivity and control costs.
- Make strategic recommendations to enhance IT infrastructure.
- Lead a team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Oversee and support ERP software, software applications, and the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Manage IT Helpdesk operations and interface directly with the CEO for IT improvements.
- Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) for infrastructure management and provide proactive support.
- Ensure security and compliance within a regulated environment, bridging the gap between MSP and end users.
- Handle datacenter operations, backup, disaster recovery, and network management.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management or project leadership experience.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years working in an integrated ERP systems environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, AWS or Azure, and network infrastructure.
- Certifications: CBAP, ITIL, PMP.
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware), storage (SAN), networking (firewalls, switching, wireless, SD-WAN), cloud technologies, Active Directory, Exchange, and mobile device management.
- Experience in managing on-premise/cloud phone systems, database servers, and datacenter operations.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a highly regulated environment (financial, legal, or similar).
- Personable, proactive, and solution-oriented—able to spot and address potential risks before they escalate.
- Effective communicator with a talent for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to handle in-office troubleshooting and support for teams, including international travel arrangements.
