Essential Functions:
Responsibilities for Team Member Engagement:
- Deploys engagement questionnaires to departments, individuals, and full InPwr.
- Analyzes engagement data and presents data interpretation and strategic influences to the appropriate audiences.
- Assists in creation and facilitation of next steps to address positives and concerns.
- Provides feedback/close the loop with team members so they know their input is heard and useful.
- Tracks and interprets influences to engagement.
- Develops and implements culture events such as mental and physical wellness activities and other culture-infused events.
- Contributes to company-events such as Safety Summits, State of the Company, and Leader/Learning Summits.
- Facilitates company recognition programs such as Badass and Champion of the Month/and annual as well as other peer recognition programs to invite inclusion, connection, gratitude and growth.
- Assists in the development of Performance Management cadence (monthly and annual expectations) and equipping leaders to facilitate team member conversations and growth.
- Determines assessments for learning levels 3 and 4.
Responsibilities for Team Member Retention:
- Works with InPwr Leaders to promote career path coaching and team member growth opportunities and succession planning.
- Promotes and spotlights the meaningful work and cohesion throughout InPwr. Work with Marketing to promote.
- Facilitates Stay Interviews and Focus Groups.
- Uses retention findings, coupled with engagement findings, to determine successes, challenges and next steps.
- Develops and implements strategies to increase retention of the right team members in the right seat.
Responsibilities for each New Hire and Monthly Orientation:
Before Orientation:
- Facilitates Orientation as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) for the two and one-half days for new team members, providing them with an overview of the company, its mission, values, organization structure, and key policies and procedures.
- Continues to serve as new hires main contact during Orientation week.
- Provides each new hire with their tailored Onboarding schedule and introduce new hires to hiring manager, new department team members and the appropriate L&D Learning Partner.
During Orientation:
- Facilitates Orientation as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) for the two and one-half days for new team members, providing them with an overview of the company, its mission, values, organization structure, and key policies and procedures.

Responsibilities for Annual Summer Internship Program
- Works with InPwr Recruiting to promote and secure interns. This can include conducting interviews, attending job / career fairs, working with InPwr Marketing for use of social media, working with academic and trade institutions.
- Determines which InPwr departments are available for summer intern(s).
- Creates the summer interns’ syllabus and arrange with internal InPwr members to provide facilitation of activities which can include online learning, mentoring, practices, travel to job sites and/or other InPwr offices, presentation practices, InPwr community project.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in related role.
- A proven track record of successfully facilitating onboarding processes and training, a strong background in HR practices and training facilitation are highly desirable.
- 5-8 Years experience in human resources and/or orientation program development.
- Certifications related to human resources or organizational development is an advantage

Working/ Environment/ Physical Demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
