- Experience managing technology environment stability and availability.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies, delivery projects, and implementation.
- Knowledge of basic networking (ping, traceroute, DNS)
- Experience with search and analytics engines (Splunk, ELK)
- Experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification
- Experience with cloud-based technologies including SaaS solutions in the cloud and AWS
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated technologies
- Experience with Powershell and Python scripting
- Proven experience with programming languages including Java.
- Production support experience with financial systems

- Assist in developing and implementing operational stability within the Associate Experience within the Call Centers and Investment Centers
- Developing strategies and tools to quickly remediate operational problems
- Work closely with the Product, Engineering and Production Support team members to help increase speed of delivery, improve quality of code, stability of production and optimize processes.
- Improve monitoring & telemetry of applications, platforms and service interdependences allowing Service Desk and Support teams to be proactive vs reactive ahead of customer or associate reported issues.
