This role will see you owning the Fed sales function for this industry leading Social Media Intelligence vendor.
You must have proven years selling cyber or intelligence products into the DoD/ IC.
You will ideally be based in DC/NYC
ASP $400,000.
My client already have great use cases with customers in the US Army.
$340,000 - $360,000 OTE
The Client:
My cyber startup client is using AI and quickly establishing themselves as one of the leaders in the Social Media Intelligence space.
With state of the art technology they are challenging Fake News and Disinformation and mitigating malicious activities on socials.
My client empower governments as well as law enforcement to uncover disinformation campaigns, fake narratives, harmful content and provide actionable insights to help protect!
This role is for a new, proven, Federal Sales Director who can and will drive growth for the business and secure new customers across the U.S. government and law enforcement agencies space.
This is an IC role and a role that will play a unique part in the future of this startup.
Here you will take ownership of the federal sector, build out this space, and play a major role in expanding the presence of this brand.
Selling to government, law enforcement and forces we need someone with a clear network of decision makers and buyers in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead in-person meetings and strategic discussions with government prospects.
- Generate new leads through networking and outreach, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
- Understand government needs and position our technology as the solution of choice.
- Manage key accounts and develop tailored account strategies to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure long-term success for both the company and government clients.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in SaaS/Cyber/IT Government sales.
- Ability and proven record of producing $2M+ of New Business per annum.
- Proven track record of securing business within the Federal Government.
- Well networked in Federal Government, Law enforcement, army and other forces.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
