As a Global IT Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our global organization. You will ensure maximum uptime of IT services and act as a site advocate for local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve IT support issues across various systems and environments.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, including break-fix, installations, and configuration.
- Coordinate local site needs with other IT teams and functions.
- Manage and prioritize incident and request tasks within the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Document knowledge articles and processes to improve self-service capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous service enhancement.
- Adhere to IT security policies and procedures.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, asset management, and CMDB.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Experience with software deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Tanium).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Lean and agile mindset.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
