Responsibilities
- Design and implement system integrations, ensure compliance with security standards and protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
- Provide support in validated environments, particularly in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings, as needed
Qualifications
- Hard Skills:
- Understanding of system architecture, including servers, storage devices, network devices, and other hardware components, as well as software applications and operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations, as well as network protocols such as TCP/IP
- Proficient in Active Directory management, including migrations and client architecture
- Expertise in system design and implementation
- Familiarity with Windows 10 is preferred
- Experience in validated environments is a plus
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is desirable
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and project management capabilities
- Strong business acumen and people skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and departments
