As a Sr IT Security Engineer, you will provide senior level support to security administration while working closely with the team to develop and maintain comprehensive engineering programs including policies, processes, and standards for the administration and engineering of security. Duties will include data gathering, engineering, escalation support, & technical oversight and guidance. Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in engineering, implementation, & support.
- 3+ years of experience implementing & supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Operating Systems & Exchange, IBM Mainframe Security, Saviynt.
- Assisting and training team members in the use of security tools and troubleshooting.
- Experience developing and maintaining documentation for systems and procedures.
- Experience securing an environment with regulatory requirements such as PCI, FFIEC, or Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act
- Experience adhering to change control procedures and windows.
- Experience with programming/scripting tools and testing (powershell)
- Experience with security in the cloud (Azure)
- Experience with Saviynt identity and Access Management solution
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive engineering program
- Access systems to gather necessary data including Saviynt, Active Directory, etc.
- Assist with system migrations
- Responsible for automating tasks and processes
- Participate in engineering of platform changes that impact architecture and connectivity
- Reduce complexity and improve reliability through recommendations/ process improvements
- Support complex projects
- Assist with technical oversight of vendor resources
- Responsible for the transition of system accountability from engineering to operations
