Job Summary
The Manager of Security Solutions is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Security Solutions Executives, a sales-oriented team is responsible for the acquisition of Security whitespace accounts in SHI’s Enterprise segment. This team is focused on prospecting, driving new meetings, project managing active opportunities, positioning SHI service offerings, and winning acquisition business. This person will be responsible for training, mentoring, coaching, and ensuring execution by the Security Solutions Executives to ensure we provide a memorable customer experience as they onboard with SHI.
T his position is required to report to the SHI Austin office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Work with Sales Management & Security Engineering leadership to determine quarterly priorities based on current business requirements.
- Ensure prospecting into Enterprise whitespace accounts through cold calling, emailing, and prospecting for new opportunities and meetings.
- Work with the team to drive growth for SHI by prospecting, qualifying, generating pipeline, and executing on key performance indicators.
- Actively staying on top of company, competition, and technology knowledge.
- Build working relationships with our Security Engineering team and our Security vendor partners to drive engagement with focus partners of SHI.
- Act as a point of contact/escalation point for Security Solutions Executives and internal SHI stakeholders to ensure any customer issues are acted upon quickly and addressed appropriately.
- Stay current on new platform offerings for Security and SHI’s service offers in order to develop a team of subject matter experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of Sales Management
- 4+ years of Experience selling/working with Security offerings, sales strategies, and competitive selling motions preferred

- Position requires up to 10% travel
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
