We are a Global IT Network and Voice engineers & shared services team. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and monitoring of IT on-premises and cloud networking including disaster recovery planning and security compliance. Assist in escalated incidents, problems, request management and project implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Discover and analyze regional business requirements
- Generate, deploy, and integrate network and voice solutions using standard IT tools and processes.
- Provide level 3 and 4 engineering support of deployed environment.
- Engineer and perform complex Infrastructure migrations
- Support and maintain Cloud networking infrastructure.
- Keep detailed and accurate technical documentation and able to work without direct oversight is important
- Provide updates to Regional Business and IT Team on network and voice roadmaps, participate with Regional IT Team to support the regional business
- Global Network and Voice Infrastructure Migrations, Global Network Design and Architecture
- Build and Automation of Global Network Infrastructure, Global Network Monitoring and Optimization
- Incident Resolution, Patching, and Performance Tuning
- Effective and Secure Infrastructure Management
Qualifications:
- An applicable degree, program, or industry certification, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- 3+ years of experience with a wide array of Cisco Equipment (SD WAN / WLAN / Routing / Switching)
- 3+ years in Configuration and Policy Management experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls
- Experienced in Silver Peak SDWAN, BGP networking
- 3+ years with IP Network Design, Subnetting, and Implementation Experience
- Network Troubleshooting and Operational Support Expertise
- Proficiency in Self-Management, Project Management, and Working With Customers
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
