As the CSO, you will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, in support of BCI’s customer base in the continental US.

BCI seeks a dedicated and passionate Advanced Security Program Manager to serve as an integral part of the security and care delivery team for a leading healthcare provider.
Objectives of this role
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive security framework to protect BCI’s customer assets and infrastructure.
- Designing and implementing security policies, procedures and protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment for BCI’s stakeholders.
- Investigating and monitoring incident response activities, including investigations, root cause analysis and developing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify vulnerabilities and devise preventive measures.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies and industry associations.
- Leading security awareness programs and training initiatives to educate employees about best practices and potential threats.
- Make strategic and financial decisions that determine the trajectory of the security division
- Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams
- Create a positive company culture through strong, inspirational leadership
- Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that will propel company growth
- Serve as a main resource for managers in finance, marketing, and sales operations
Required skills and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in political science, information security or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP, CHPA, or PSP
- 10+ years of experience in a senior security management role, with a demonstrable track record of developing and implementing security strategies and frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to physical security in an organization.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to assess risks, analyze complex security issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats, trends and technologies in India.
- Experience in conducting security audits, risk assessments and managing incident response processes.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable security-related laws, regulations and standards.
- Oversee the management of physical security measures, including access controls, CCTV systems, and security personnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security considerations into developing new products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies and regulatory changes, ensuring continuous improvement of the security function
- Expert understanding of corporate finance and business management
- Strong knowledge of financial, technical, and economic concepts
- Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- A master’s degree in a related business field
- Familiarity with risk management practices and security auditing processes.
- Demonstrated skills to apply security principles effectively and make informed decisions to protect organizational assets.

Minimum Qualifications at Entry:
- Be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
