Channel Director – North America

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Director to lead and scale our channel program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and operating channel sales in the SMB segment. Deep experience selling through Managed Service Providers is a must. This position will report directly to the CRO and work closely with the GTM leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Recruitment, Onboarding, and Management: Identify, recruit, negotiate agreements, and onboard high-potential MSPs. Establish and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring their success and alignment with company goals. Drive channel partner enablement through training and ongoing support, including incentives and enablement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on channel performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to executive leadership.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in channel sales.
- Industry and Channel Expertise: Proven experience in the SaaS cybersecurity industry (critical) with a preference for experience selling MDR. Experience recruiting, enabling, and working with MSPs focused on SMB and Government Solution Providers, such as Carahsoft. Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel programs.
Compensation And Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $225,000 - $250,000 (70/30)

Location and Work Arrangement:
- We prefer this position to be filled by a candidate based in or willing to relocate to Boulder, CO, as in-person collaboration is an integral part of our team culture. However, for the right candidate with the necessary skills and experience, we are open to considering a remote work arrangement.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
