This is an opportunity to join one of the hottest Identity Security start-ups in North America. My client needs a strong Regional Sales Director (IC), who comes from a cyber security background with meaningful experience within start-ups.
You must be based in TOLA for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth in the TOLA region
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, security professionals, and IT leaders
- Present and position our identity security solutions to address complex customer challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and engineering) to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong background in identity security or related fields (IAM, cybersecurity, SaaS)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a regional or territory-based role
- Strong network and experience selling to enterprise accounts in the TOLA region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
