We are seeking a Network Support Analyst.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Perform all Information Technology Administration and support duties for the entire organization
- Install and support multiple servers and computers across multiple locations
- Assure adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures
- Organize the workflow of information systems and requests
- Assure communication with associates and customers
- Assure resources necessary for department operations
- Assure equipment maintenance and resolution of problems
- Maintain appropriate security over information and data security
- Implement software loads, updates, enhancements and patches
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Review procedures, processes and outcomes to evaluate efficiency and ability to meet bank/client needs
- Identify and implement new processes
- Review, recommend changes and develop (when needed) policies that pertain to the Information Technology area
- Develop new and improve current procedures
- Identify and help support new products and needed changes to products
- Other activities:
- Promote CSB as a relationship bank with community focus by being involved in
Community projects/activities
- Stay current on all laws and regulations

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, or equivalent work experience
Experience: 5 years relevant experience
Skills: Strong math skills, strong communication skills, proficient in excel, work and financial systems such as Web Equity Manager, Detail oriented, dependable and able to multi-task, able to communicate well at all levels and effectively engage senior lenders
Human Relations: Requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of staff and outside contacts.
Responsibility and Decision-Making: Regular judgments are made with the guidance of general policies and procedures.
Supervision of Others: Has direct supervisory responsibilities. Provides significant input into hiring and termination of direct reports.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to visit multiple offices. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Work Environment: The overall working conditions are relatively safe and comfortable, typical of an office environment.
