About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst II! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Execute actions in support of Port Hueneme Division (PHD) diversity and inclusion (D&I) goals and objectives and is accountable for measuring results as set forth in the objectives.
- Coordinate with the Model EEO/Affirmative Employment Program lead and Human Resources analytics team to create and maintain PHD diversity profiles and standardized reports.
- Monitor diversity workforce trends, metrics, and demographics utilizing DOD and Navy authoritative data sources; identifies opportunities for improvement; and recommends and implements actions that facilitate those improvements.
- Support the preparation of the Command diversity dashboard and executive summary for Warfare Center execution reviews.
- Assist with the planning and execution of command events celebrating diversity and inclusion

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,000 to $65,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
