We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role focuses on providing technical security leadership in our digital engineering and model-based enterprise technology projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in our team's mission to develop cutting-edge collaborative solutions, with a particular focus on cybersecurity and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Develop security plans and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to implement controls for security and compliance.
- Design and implement proactive and continuous monitoring of applications.
- Contribute to our robust DevSecOps framework to support secure software development and delivery.
- Develop the cybersecurity and risk management architecture covering all aspects of software development, deployment, and operations in a cloud-first application environment.
- Share cybersecurity vision and knowledge within the team to foster proactive delivery.
- Provide hands-on support for incident response and troubleshooting.
- Maintain close working relationships with internal business units and customers.
- Collaborate with internal Product Cybersecurity, Contracts, Legal, and IT teams.
- Interact with Domestic and Global Supply chain partners scoped under the CMMC initiative.
Requirements
- Possess in-depth understanding of Cyber Security concepts, principles, and practices
- Proven experience with Cloud Technologies
- Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages
- Demonstrated experience in Software Development within a Cyber Security context
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Risk Management strategies and Frameworks
- Ability to handle Operations and Procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Experience with Deployments in a Cyber Security environment
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams
- Experience with Contracts and Financial Notes in a Cyber Security context
- Proficient in Planning Processes and Prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in Design within a Cyber Security context
- Experience in digital and engineering aspects of Cyber Security
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different business units and partners
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies in a Cyber Security setting
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
