Job Overview
We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Senior Vice President of Gaming to spearhead our gaming division. This pivotal role will involve ensuring adherence to gaming regulations across diverse jurisdictions while fostering growth and driving innovation within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume executive-level oversight for all supplier distribution contracts across various jurisdictions.
- Advocate for the organization’s interests in state legislatures, promoting the expansion of distributive gaming.
- Manage gaming coalitions and lobbying initiatives, including formulating jurisdiction-specific budgets to support growth initiatives.
- Supervise the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) for the distributive gaming initiative, concentrating on inventory management, sales enhancement, staffing, and expense control.
- Collaborate with the Part Division to broaden the distribution of developed products into Class 2 and Class 3 gaming markets for targeted suppliers.
- Partner closely with amusement suppliers to modify existing equipment for the Class 2 and Class 3 gaming markets, nurturing effective distributive gaming strategies.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the management team.

- In-depth understanding of gaming regulations with a proven record of managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of senior-level experience within the gaming industry.
