ABOUT THE ROLEThe Implementation Project Manager at PatientIQ is a critical team member who ensures our customers maximize the benefits of the PatientIQ product, network, and services. This role is responsible for the direction, coordination, and timely completion of the end-to-end implementation process to meet organizational goals and customer needs. The Implementation Project Manager will work coordinate efforts across both internal resources and customer stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and has a robust blend of technical proficiency and customer service skills with a proven track record in managing SaaS implementation projects.
Role Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Framework Design: Utilize prior experience with various project management methodologies to lead the design and implementation of a PatientIQ project management framework that drives efficiency, enhances collaboration, and optimizes time-to-first value, with a focus on early patient enrollment.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers during the implementation phase, providing exemplary support and ensuring high satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys.
Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with the assistance of EHR integration and platform implementation leads. Ensure consistent achievement of project milestones and successful go-live.
Status Reporting: Conduct regular status meetings and update both customers and PatientIQ executive stakeholders through various communication channels.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in project management, specifically in SaaS implementations using standard project management methodologies such as SCRUM, Agile, PMP, or other industry-recognized frameworks. Proven ability to tailor these methodologies to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and client satisfaction.
Industry Background: Experience in a growth-stage SaaS company or in a similar capacity within a larger organization.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
Customer Focus: Strong ability to manage day-to-day tasks while maintaining a strategic view of customer needs.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams across PatientIQ.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for tracking customer interactions, knowledge management, and support tickets.
Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, particularly in integrating Electronic Health Records.
Project Management: Proven track record in managing healthcare provider or enterprise customer implementations.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
