Description
Allegiance Industries, a premier facility services provider located in Columbia, SC is growing and looking to expand our inside sales division. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a
Lead Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. This position requires strong research skills and in-depth knowledge of the facility services industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze lead engagement, template performance, and outreach metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of strategies.
- Track outreach and lead conversion data, offering insights to optimize the lead generation and engagement process.
- Partner with the Business Development Director to refine outreach templates and adjust follow-up tactics based on data-driven performance.
- Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments to ensure consistent engagement with prospects, aiming to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date with key metrics, enabling the team to access transparent insights for informed action.
- Leverage Zoho's analytics tools to generate sales forecast and provide data-driven insights for assessing potential deals and pipeline growth.
- Deliver regular performance reports, covering lead engagement, conversion rates, sales progress, and overall pipeline health using Zoho’s reporting tools.
- Generae1,000+ sales leads monthly o support drip marketing email campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems, including managing campaigns and generating reports.
- Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability o interpret metrics and make data-driven recommendations o improve outreach and lead generation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in generating and qualifying leads, including knowledge of drip marketing and email campaign strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to adjust strategies based on changing data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics) for tracking performance and generating insights.
- A degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field is preferred
