HCEW Management Services, LLC provides administrative support services to Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC (“UTMC”), HCEW-MS, and affiliated entities. UTMC, a family-owned 110-year-old company, is the long-term industry leader in refrigerated semi-trailers and North America’s fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer. UTMC has six manufacturing factories – five in various states within the United States and one in Mexico -- and a research and development facility in California.
As IT Infrastructure Program Manager for HCEW Management Services, LLC (“HCEW-MS”), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of HCEW-MS and affiliated entities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and oversee the delivery of IT services. You will report directly to the IT Director.
HCEW and UTMC are headquartered in City of Industry, California.
Responsibilities Include
- Project Management:
- Develop, lead and execute complex, large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Establish and enforce project deadlines, schedules, budgets, and associated forecasts.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, network administrators, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative environment and encourage continuous learning and development.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback.
- Infrastructure Oversight:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business needs and objectives.
Develop expertise in the organization’s IT infrastructure environment.
- Oversee management of network architecture, including LANs, WANs, wireless networks, and cloud networks.
- Ensure hardware and software systems are updated, secure, and reliable.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify data center transformation interdependencies that may influence program success
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, business leaders, and IT technical staff.
- Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and negotiated contracts.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize infrastructure solutions.
- Risk Management/Compliance:
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with IT control frameworks and applicable Company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Maintain a secure and resilient IT environment.
- Standards and Procedures:
- Establish and enforce standards and procedures related to IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and compliance.
- Strategy and Innovation:
- Contribute to the development of long-term IT infrastructure strategies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies including, but not limited to artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field required
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably as an IT Infrastructure Manager.
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience managing project(s) using project life cycle methodologies (e.g., SDLC, process management, organizational change).
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate environment.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience managing operating and/or project budgets or financials
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and security systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work positively as a team player and establish and maintain effective relationships with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Experience in Manufacturing a plus.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and the ability to prioritize workload.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
None required but preferred: PMP, ITIL, PMI, MSCE, MCSE, CISSP, MCSA, CIA, CISA.

Compensation
Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually
