Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall direction and control of all sales activities for East Sales
- Recruits, motivates and maintains an effective sales force
- Directs sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Additional responsibilities include forecasting, quota assignment and account and channel management
- Win major accounts in the Eastern US
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast pace
- Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision and priorities in a B2B high tech environment for complex software products
- Experience in security and network/internet-protocol related applications in an enterprise business environment required
- Proven contacts in major East Coast accounts
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
