We are in search of a proficient IT System Administrator to oversee and enhance our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring a seamless computing experience for our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage system requirements, execute upgrades, and continuously monitor performance to guarantee optimal functionality of the IT environment.
- Conduct server maintenance, including the installation and management of server operating systems and software, while ensuring regular data backups and protection against unauthorized access.
- Supervise the provisioning, installation, operation, and maintenance of all organizational hardware and software.
- Offer troubleshooting support for company computers and peripherals, addressing installation, upgrades, and complex technical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and inventory of the IT environment, actively participating in cross-training initiatives.
- Engage in helpdesk ticket resolution across all offices and remote teams, ensuring prompt assistance through on-call and off-shift rotations.
- Coordinate end-user hardware and software upgrades, focusing on strategic planning and execution.
- Provide routine assistance with business systems processes, demonstrating our fundamental values of integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer service, and teamwork.
- Perform hands-on technical support and specialized IT tasks related to dental operations, including occasional travel to dental offices as necessary to resolve issues.

- Experience in hardware and software maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience, OR an Associate Degree in Information Technology with at least 4 years of experience, OR relevant experience totaling 6 years without a degree.
- Preferred industry certifications.
- Networking experience is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license is required.
