Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Women and Children's Services, reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Women's and Children's Services, which includes Labor & Delivery, Mom/Baby, NICU, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and High-Risk Pediatrics. Your core responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and cultivating growth opportunities aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborating effectively with departmental leadership, service physicians, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Managing administrative and fiscal functions, including planning, budgeting, and personnel management.
- Leading marketing strategies and engaging in purchasing and acquisition decisions.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of current healthcare trends, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, complemented by exceptional leadership and collaborative skills.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience, along with 3-5 years of acute care experience in Labor & Delivery, is essential.
- A current and active California Registered Nursing License is required.

Compensation And Benefits
Pay Range: \(156,000 - \)249,600. Compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience for this full-time position.
