SOX IT Program Manager
Our client, a leading technology company known for its innovative financial solutions, is seeking a SOX IT Program Manager to join their Internal Audit team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, spending two days a week in the Mountain View office, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
Responsibilities- Manage and direct work streams related to IT SOX compliance, including IT General Computer Controls (ITGCC), Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls, and application controls.
- Oversee control walkthroughs, documentation, and quality assurance for all SOX IT areas.
- Provide technical support in the assessment, design, and implementation of IT controls and requirements.
- Review and facilitate the remediation of control gaps and escalate critical issues to senior management.
Requirements- 7+ years of progressive internal audit experience, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in Big 4 public accounting or industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- CISA, CISM, and/or CISSP certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technology risks and experience with cybersecurity, privacy, and engineering controls.
Compensation:
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $165K - $185K per year.
