Position Summary
Oversee the operations of all offices within the assigned region, collaborating closely with doctors, operational associates, and staff members. Facilitate revenue growth and patient base expansion, provide strategic insights for office developments, and actively support initiatives that foster a positive company culture.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain up to date knowledge of office policies and procedures within assigned region.
- Ability to identify and resolve any operational constraints for assigned offices/region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and staff members.
- Offer strategic and actionable recommendations to help achieve the goals and objectives of the doctors.
- Ability to effectively manage time and delegate tasks as needed.
- Communicate the needs and concerns of all offices within the assigned region to the executive team.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Create and provide opportunities for development and growth for both management and staff.
- Assists practice managers and doctors in the recruiting process including screening candidate resumes, interviewing (virtual or in-person), and the hiring and onboarding of new personnel.
- Oversee the training of new employees and review training for established employees as needed.
- Provide cover in front offices when there are vacancies or absences, as needed.
- Maintain up to date awareness of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly production targets for all offices and report back to the executive team.
- Foster a supportive and positive environment across all offices that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Manages staff with in working office, resolving issues, coordinating schedules, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of operational experience overseeing multiple offices within assigned regions.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures aimed at achieving office goals and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Previous leadership experience managing office, management, and staff members.
- Demonstrated strategic operational experience driving growth and efficiency.
- Maintain high level knowledge of all office policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and proceed without supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with doctors, management and staff members.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to delegate tasks and resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in Medical or Dental.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related discipline.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Operations Management, PMP, or another related certification.
