What You Will Do
Support our customer by evaluating FISMA NIST 800 - 53 security documentation. Run vulnerability scans and analyze results. Create and track Plans of Actions and Milestones. Conduct interviews with appropriate staff and provide cybersecurity subject-matter expertise. Create cybersecurity policies and procedures, write and deliver weekly and monthly reports.
What You Need
Public Trust Clearance is required for employment. Position expected to start January 2025.Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience. Industry certifications are required.
7+ years of Cybersecurity expertise in Microsoft Windows, Linux, knowledge of protocols and services such a https, smtp, ftp, etc. Knowledge of encryption. Expertise in vulnerability scanners such as Tenable Nessus and AppDetective Pro, expertise in NIST SP 800-53 (controls, application of controls, choice of controls, etc.), knowledge of secure architecture design. Understanding of protocol vulnerabilities and exploits, understanding of cybersecurity weaknesses in network architectures, excellent technical writing skills
