Position: IT Analyst (up to 40% travel field support, desktops, servers, some networking)
Location: Riverside, CA (up to 40% travel to local site locations, all expensed paid)
Duration: Permanent Full Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: 55k to 62k + Excellent Benefits Program

Responsibilities:
- Microsoft desktop and server systems including Active Directory
- Microsoft Office 365 including Exchange & SharePoint
- Scripting (including PowerShell)
- Mobile device management including Android & Apple
- Software deployment and system management using ConnectWise Automate
- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing & Wireless)
- SD-WAN technologies including Meraki.
- IP Surveillance
- Mitel VOIP
- Analyzing current IT systems, architectures, and processes
- Identifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the IT framework
- Designing and executing IT solutions and solving issues effectively
- Installing, configuring, upgrading, and testing hardware and software components
- Overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools
- Providing training and assistance to users and handling password issues
- Understanding business needs and providing objective advice on the use of IT
What Gets You The Job:
- A BA or BS in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in IT, Customer Service, or a relevant and translatable field
- Must have the ability to travel up to 25%.
- Relevant certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, VCP)
- Prior experience in customer service and/or health clubs.
- Able to work discreetly, independently, multi-task in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
- Able to work with confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Must be a team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
