What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform risk analysis of security controls for compliance reporting and trend analysis
- Document gaps in security risk analysis processes and suggest improvements
- Conduct assessments of safeguards to protect confidential data
- Collaborate with Technology, Business, and Audit partners to address compliance risks
- Track and follow up on required remediation controls as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with security risk analysis in a medium to large enterprise
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all management levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 5 years of experience in security risk analysis
- Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- Knowledge of Industry Standard Audit Methodologies
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms
- Proficiency in ServiceNow
