Provide L3 level support and administer L1/L2 tasks
Expertise in High availability, DR fail over and failback configurations
End-user and crisis management
Ability to conduct trainings, address meetings, vendor reviews
Advanced knowledge of OS, Database, and Volume Management
Shell scripting, automation and tool implementations
Any technology related industry standard certification for L3 skills
