- Perform remote or onsite troubleshooting of Windows or MAC systems
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Must have at least 2 years of experience supporting Windows in a commercial environment
- Intermediate Level: Windows desktop OS skills (Windows 8.1/10/11)
- Intermediate Level: Windows Office application suite skills
- Intermediate Level: Apple MacOS skills
- Beginner-Intermediate Level: Windows (Server 2012/2016/2019/2022)
- Beginner-Intermediate Level: Network, UTM, Firewalls, Inter-intranet
- Intermediate Level: MSO365 and Google apps
- Must have or pass A+ exam within 6 months
- Must have good troubleshooting skills, ability to self manage and find solutions
- In-depth knowledge of information technology principles, network infrastructure, and server configurations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience with advanced troubleshooting tools and diagnostic techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
