As a Senior Security Analyst, You will learn how to develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
What You Will Do
- Processing a high volume of Program Access Requests
- Management of program personnel database
- Provide security guidance regarding program operations
- Conduct briefings and debriefings
- Conduct administrative tasks to include parcel checks, alarm testing, visit certifications, and reporting of foreign travel and adverse information to Government customer
- Participate in a team environment to implement security policies and procedures in coordination with the company policies and government regulations
- Supporting of Government Inspections/self-inspections
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a university degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study and 2 years prior relevant experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Ability to plan and schedule activities to accomplish objectives

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
