Purpose Of The Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Global Head of Implementation to oversee the successful deployment of our payment card processing and core banking solutions across various markets. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale implementation projects, particularly with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial technology, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing global implementation team, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects while meeting customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of payment card processing and core banking solutions across multiple markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead and mentor a global team of implementation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and offshore teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the plan.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all implementation activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in financial technology to continuously enhance implementation strategies.
We are looking for
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (15+ years) in managing large-scale implementation projects within the financial technology sector.
